easternOUTSOURCE is a terrific place to work. We provide enjoyable & interesting employment for all workers. New workers are trained in various skills to participate in all areas of work. Each worker is encouraged to work to their best ability and, if desired, specialise in a particular area.
easternOUTSOURCE is easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance from the Lilydale railway station.
Referrals can be made by self- referral, through special schools, Centrelink, families, carers or advocates and other agencies.
To be eligible to work at easternOUTSOURCE you must be:
ü 18 years of age or older
ü capable and willing to work, and accept skills training
ü can travel to and from work independently
ü accept the conditions of easternOUTSOURCE's policies and procedures
ü attend a two week work trial
ü agree to accept a three month probationary period
ü be assessed for productivity & competencies through an outside agency
ü be in receipt of a disability pension |
